Gimp Pro Needed *__* !

Hi There everybody ,,
im a mac user
i was used to use linux ,,
but my job require macbook pro
but i cant ever forget linux ,, and i know that its much better than mac ,,
so i have installed must of linux programs !

i use gimp to much ,, but im not a top pro ,, so i would be very gratefully if you helped me to make a professional design from the next pic !
