My Debian Wheezy sources list and the use of backports to get your new LIBREOFFICE!
Here is my /etc/apt/sources.list
Make note of the backports entry.

And here is the debian backports for wheezy so far.

Notice they upgraded libreoffice already.
To install the new libreoffice do this.
apt-get update
apt-get -t wheezy-backports install libreoffice
