Virtualbox questions...
I installed pardus and gave it 100GB does that mean that I lost it even with dynamically expanding whatever?

Re: Virtualbox questions...
I believe it means you have lost that 100GB and then will expand dynamically when it is needed.

Re: Virtualbox questions...
I stumbled into a couple of things...
1) It says that when I remove something, I get and error that it cannot be removed even though it disappears it says : callee RC : RPC_E_SERVERFAULT (0X some number)
2) I can't find all of the vdi 's in my c drvie even though in the appliance manager it is still there...
3) When I remove the HD from the appliance manager the name from the list stays and runs...???
Any help would be great thanks! using VB 4

Re: Virtualbox questions...
To delete it with all the files in Virtual Box ...
Right Click the machine then click remove and a pop up should show up with an option to Delete all files which will delete the hard drive.
Also I would put about 15GB for OS (Unless it is windows, windows will need more then that I think)
That error is weird try re-installing VB 4 ? What OS is the VB on?

If you mean you will lose the space immediatly then no. Dynamic will grow as the virtual machine does without exceeding the limit you specified.

Re: Virtualbox questions...
yer, if it says you need to install a kernel module for VB...... (on Arch Linux) ...... i think u said you used arch????
go into /etc/rc.d you will see "vboxdrv" go "./vboxdrv setup" and it will install the module
then go "modprobe vboxdrv" and all should work fine.......... you can add "vboxdrv" in /etc/rc.conf so it autoloads at boot
