problems with arch linux pacman 4.0

i am havin problem with pacman 4.0 never had it with 3,5 i am havin connection time-out on all of my servers i know it the right servers?

Did you merge pacman.conf.pacnew?
"sudo mv /etc/pacman.conf.pacnew /etc/pacman.conf"
and all should be fine
